Francesca Buonanno

Francesca manages FabriQ for the Brodolini Foundation and the space of the Milano Luiss Hub in via D'Azeglio in Milan. She has over 15 years of work experience for public, private and civil society organizations in conceiving, planning and implementing projects on innovation, business internationalization and sustainability. She has extensive experience in coordinating European projects and skills in managing international teams and expert networks.

Matteo Bina

Matteo has a long experience in the impact investing and venture philantrophy sectors at the two major Italian Impact funds, he then developed specific skills in the field of social entrepreneurship and business acceleration working at various incubators and specialized actors. Matteo holds a degree in Economics from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan, an Executive MBA from the Polytechnic of Milan and a specialization in Impact Investing from the Said Business School in Oxford.

Elena Visentin

Elena is now Project Officer of Fondazione Brodolini to support the management of the FabriQ social innovation incubator. With a 4year experience on innovation and social impact and a specialization in territorial policies, she has had a varied professional career, which has led her to experiment with different fields of interest: from the organization of events, to the community management, through the participatory planning of social projects.


Fabio Sgaragli

Formerly a manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers' global Sustainability group first London and then New York, Fabio is an eclectic business expert, with a passion for innovation and change with over 15 years of experience. As an entrepreneur, he has gained consultancy and corporate training experience at an international level for companies such as Ferrari, Maserati, Toyota Motor, Starwood, Bristol Myers Squibb, Nike, Ferragamo AsiaPac, Unicredit Spa, BNP Paribas Group, and has thousands of hours behind him. classroom in more than 30 countries on five continents. Today he is Head of Learning & Innovation of the Giacomo Brodolini Foundation, with a coordinating role for all activities related to Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship. He has also been director of Open Incet (Open Innovation Center Turin) since 2015.

Marco Nannini

Founder of RCG Advisor, after twenty years of Strategy and Management Consulting experience in leading companies in the sector (The Boston Consulting Group and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants), he has embarked on the career of Business Angel and is investing in various companies that have interests in environmental sustainability or in the social. Since 2012 he is partner and CEO of Impact HUB Milan and responsible for the development of new initiatives including social venture and incubation activities. Co-founder and President of GS4C an innovative startup that deals with environmentally friendly and recyclable materials. Co-founder and member of the board of directors of Almostthere, a sports company. He was also the co-founder and CEO of an America's Cup team. He holds a degree in Political Economy from Bocconi and has deepened his management studies with some executive courses at INSEAD. He is also President of the Riccardo Nannini Association.
