YEP – Young Enterprise Program is the name of an innovative and participatory program in the field of social and work inclusion of young people, carried out at local and European level. YEP aims to promote new practices to support youth entrepreneurship, especially for young people who are not studying or working in the cities of Milano, Madrid e Lisbona.

The initiative offers aspiring young entrepreneurs the opportunity to participate in specific training on how to start a business, followed by an incubation phase for the most innovative ideas.

The beneficiaries are young people who are not currently engaged in training or work and are therefore more at risk of social and economic exclusion, with particular attention to those who live in suburban areas, including migrants and second generation

At European level, the project is officially called Multi-sectorial partnership for capacity development to enhance entrepreneurship opportunities for vulnerable youth in Milan, Lisbon and Madrid  and is funded by the Erasmus + program of the European Union (KA2 Strategic Partnerships in the field of Youth) .

The local level is linked to the Italian project, created in Milan and officially called IN^3 (INcuba): INcubation of social INnovation enterprises for socio-economic INclusion of young peopleco-funded by the Cariplo Foundation and the Giulini Foundation.
